Competency-centered learning is a social process. It is supporting learners in succesfully navigating through social life, helping them to participate, and also to overcome social challenges (together). It can best be learned in a horizontal way, facilitated by educators who are understanding their role as
facilitators. It requires collaborative learning spaces with many opportunities for self-organisation and group experience. This section includes theory aspects on teamwork, group dynamics, communication, diversity and conflict management.
