Reflection and assess­ment are integrated aspects of holistic learning processes. We could look at them as a practice in each stage or at the end of a workshop or training, or as a competence which learners develop. Evaluation serves different goals and can be done by using various methods. One aim it is serving is to recognize and to describe competences, competence development or achievements of learners, the second main aspect of this section. The third chapter focuses on documentation and formal finalisation of educators' work.
