Joint work may appear easier, when personalities, behavioral patterns or preferences within the team are transparent. The Johari window helps you to get to know yourself as well as your team members better. This helps you to develop your team work according to the needs and qualities of the team.

Getting to know about the unconscious aspects of personal behavior, attitude and communication.
The Model
The Johari window assumes that there are two kinds of knowledge about a person, the known one and the unknown one. Moreover, it differentiates between the private and the public role of a person. Four categories are arranged in a matrix and cluster self-perception and external perception of a person.
