This section introduces a wide variety of training techniques which one might need during a training, seminar or any other educational format. We distinguish here between the standard elements of learning processes and specific methodology in different learning fields. Please note: Inspiration for reflection aspects might be found in the evaluation section.

A learning process is shaped by two processes. The first is the curricular nature of learning as a circle between experiencing, reflecting and conceptualizing, Therefore, a process needs to take care to foresee place for regular experience and reflection and assessment. In the example the red stripes symbolize the regular reasoning and assessment phases.

Second, a learning process is oscillating between {{Divergent and Convergent Thinking | two opposite ways of thinking]]. Divergent thinking is opening the mind toward different impulses, open-ended and seeking out. Convergent thinking is narrowing our thinking, it's logical and directed toward a conclusion or result. The interplay between divergence and convergence is characterizing the whole process and explaining the dynamics in smaller units on a micro-level.
