There is a set of principles that facilitators and teachers employ in the process of designing the theoretical and practical framework of their lessons and/or seminars. These principles are based on fundamental values such as respect, consideration, transparency, accountability, and so on. Facilitators always take into account the needs of the group when choosing the topics of the training and use non-formal education methods such as peer-learning, integration of the participants’ background knowledge in the process, etc.
