Better Learning, Innovative Teaching

How to inspire personal, professional and societal development? In this toolbox you find a collection of well-tried innovative approaches and methods for trainers, teachers, facilitators and all who shape empowerment processes. The aim is to enhance quality and add inspiration and authenticity for qualitative better learning. Our tools and methods are approved and checked.

The (new) Role of Facilitators

Following a competency-centered empowerment concept facilitators are challenged. One the one hand this section is about the attitude towards learning and their particiopants/students. On the other hand it is about specific methods and tools for management and moderation of empowering learning processes.

Design and Concept

Facilitators face the challenge to balance between a lot of different goals. We introduce planning and design tools, that help facilitators to implement targeted, participative and efficient education formats.


Specific Methods and Approaches

The toolbox offers a collection of methods and approaches. From standards may be applied in any learning event to methodology for specific topical fields.

I do not use mediawiki syntax like you do, cause it makes more complicated and unuseful for such cases.

@Onur: Then we should document the syntax for basic things (tables, standard boxes, pictures in advance before the training!

A well-wrought plan[1] helps you to achieve your goals safely and as directly as possible. It is also the starting point for controlling and monitoring your activities. Projects are a good framework for gaining experience, making a societal impact, building networks, and putting democratic or idealistic principles into practice. The minimum criteria for such projects are that they relate to a thematic issue, second that they are focused on clear goals and impacts
