Empowerment is a process of raising social, spiritual, economic, and political capacities of individuals or communities. It is also means for facilitators, encouraging people to engage in decision-making so that they increase their rights and have a real impact on their societies, places of work, and homes.

The (new) Role of Facilitators

Following a competency-centered empowerment concept facilitators are challenged. One the one hand this section is about the attitude towards learning and their particiopants/students. On the other hand it is about specific methods and tools for management and moderation of empowering learning processes.

Facilitators face the challenge to balance between a lot of different goals. We introduce planning and design tools, that help facilitators to implement targeted, participative and efficient education formats.

Specific Methods and Approaches

The toolbox offers a collection of methods and approaches. From standards may be applied in any learning event to methodology for specific topical fields.

I do not use mediawiki syntax like you do, cause it makes more complicated and unuseful for such cases.
