A role description from the simulation game Authorities.

You are Prof. Jana Schwarz, director of the department. You are very busy and have a lot of duties. In example, establishing international cooperation - the university is alsways happy about opportunities to meet business or foundation managers, which are in general a possible fundraising source.

You are as well responsible for the students. You have fixed hours for them, but students are coming mostly outside of these. And then they have a lot of questions and proposals. Most of the questions might be answered by a careful study of your public showcase in fornt of your office.

Today you need to give your attention to administrative issues. The budget of the univerity must pass the first lecture.

One of your personal characteristics is, that you are sceptical, not attracted by new things. A good idea has to prove a critical check.
