A role description from the simulation game Authorities.

Svetlana Sotra, student in the 4th year.

During the last summer you took part in a fancy empowerment program. Now you are a fellow and you wish to organize a volunteer project in your university. You'd like to help the program become more prominent and to help them during the call for applications with promotion.

The program expects you to inform your fellow students in a motivating way. You have the idea to hang out the information in the public showcase of the director. With a public event you want to inform the other students face-to face and in extension.

3 weeks left until the deadline of the call for application. This is exactly the time you should wait with a formal request for a meeting with the director. It is too short. You try to meet him outside of the official hours.
